Food Friday : Refrigerator Cake

I made this refrigerator cake for Marianna's 9th month celebration.
I used some canned peaches instead of the usual fruit cocktail and added some clear gelatin on top.

I also brought some for my office mate.
Good thing everyone who had some enjoyed it.

A good sign that I'll be making more next time ....
Ingredients:

Canned peaches
Graham Crackers
All purpose cream
Condensed Milk
Alsa Gulaman (clear)
Butter
Procedure:
Mix crushed graham and butter for crust. Layer at the bottom of container and refrigerate for about 10-20 minutes to set.
Mix All purpose cream and condensed milk.
Slice peaches.
Layer container with ready made crust with cream mixture then sliced peaches. Repeat until desired height is achieved. Refrigerate overnight.
The next day, cook gelatin according to package directions.
Put cooked gulaman on top of the prepared Ref cake.
Refrigerate for another 2-3 hours or until gelatin sets.
Once gelatin is set, it is now ready to serve.
