*Chili Shanghai*
Me and my mom prepared this the other day as an appetizer.
Ingredients:
Green Chili
Sauteed Ground Pork
Cheese
Butter
Lumpia Wrapper
Procedures:
Remove seeds of Green chili. Leave the stem.
Stuff chili with sauteed ground pork, slices of cheese and butter.
Wrap with Lumpia wrapper.
Fry in hot oil.
Serve with sweet chili sauce or ketchup.
Surprisingly not as hot as expected.
